Q: Do you offer returns, refunds or exchanges?
A: At this time, all sales are final unless a mistake has been made on my end or item arrives damaged beyond repair. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving item.
Q: How quickly can you ship this out?
A: I am disabled and rely on my husband to drive me around. I also work a full time job Monday through Friday. I typically ship orders out on Saturday's. Tracking numbers are provided when items have been shipped.
Q: Can I commission something with you?
A: I typically do not offer customs, but please email me at vesperoddities@gmail.com and we can discuss our options!
